• Season rates are $145 to $225 per night for a double room

• We honor the government rate for government related travel.

• Prepayment is required for one night's lodging to guarantee your reservation. Stays of two or more nights require a 50% deposit. VISA, Discover, American Express, Master Card are accepted.

• Minimum stay requirements may apply during certain times

• Inn at One Main is a small inn and consequently cancellations affect us significantly. We require 14 days notice for cancellation of, or changes to your reservation.  All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 credit card processing fee.  We will try to re-rent your room for cancellations made 14 days or less from the start of your stay and if successful, you will not be held responsible for the balance of your room charges.  Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to book all nights.

• Rates are subject to change without notice except on confirmed reservations; MA state and local Falmouth taxes are additional.

• Normal check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, if your anticipated arrival time falls outside of these hours please contact us so we can make arrangements.

• Check-out time is 11:00 am.
